शाळा सिद्धी : प्रत्येक शाळेसाठी त्याचा दर्जा सांगणारे एक नवे साधन The National Program on School Standards and Evaluation (NPSSE)

3.7 Web Portal The National Program on School Standards and Evaluation (NPSSE) is supported by a dedicated and interactive web portal. The web portal has all program related documents which can be downloaded by all the users. The web portal has an interactive platform wherein each school can submit its self-evaluation report online. The external evaluators have to use the same web portal to provide their evaluation report. A consolidated school evaluation report is generated online encompassing both self and external school evaluation report. Each school can create its login ID by using UDISE code as login ID and can generate their password. Similarly blocks, districts and states can create their login ID and password. The web portal has a most unique feature in that it has access to school evaluation report of any school by the parents and public to observe and provide feedback. The web portal can be used by all the stakeholders as follows: 
 School 
 • Creates its login ID by using UDISE code as login ID and can generate their password 
 • Feeds school self evaluation data and action for school improvement online 
 • Final submission of self evaluation data generates school self-evaluation report

As per the KRA given by the Hon'ble Chief Minister for the Education Department and as per the Government Resolution (March 30, 2017 & January 07, 2017), by the end of February 2017, 100 per cent schools in the state have to be self-assessed.

The location and quality of state schools in the country will be clear from this.

A large number of assessors have been set up at the state level for 100 per cent school self-assessment in the state. (Reference 07 Jan 2017 Ruling)

Also for planning of department wise, district wise, taluka wise workshops, Hon. The letter has been given by the Director, Vidya Pradhikaran, Pune.

Enabling resources of School: Availability, Adequacy and Usability

There are a total of * 12 standards * in this field. Determine the appropriate level of 1-2-3 by determining the availability and adequacy and quality and usability of each standard. Or fill in the information.

* Availability * = What you have available.

* Adequacy * = Is the available material sufficient?

* Quality and Utility * = How useful these factors are for quality enhancement.

🔸 * What is Low / Medium / High. *

Here you should note the priorities that you give to the things that are available and necessary in your school.

* E.g. *

1) If an item is available in large quantities and there is no need to increase it, it should be given * Low * priority.

2) A matter is more or less available. There will be an adjustment accordingly. Without this, it can be done properly. Hopefully, * Medium * should be given priority.

3) While filling in the information, the items that you want in your school but are not available at present are the items that you want to make / get / make available in the school. For that you should give priority to * High *.

देशात राज्यातील शाळांचे स्थान व  गुणवत्ता यातून स्पष्ट होणार आहे. 

राज्यातील 100टक्के शाळा स्वयंमूल्यमापन होण्यासाठी राज्यस्तरावर मोठ्या प्रमाणात निर्धारक तयार करण्यात आलेले आहेत. (संदर्भ 07 जाने2017 शासन निर्णय )

तसेच विभागनिहाय , जिल्हानिहाय, तालुकानिहाय कार्यशाळांचे नियोजन करण्यासाठी मा. संचालक, विद्या प्राधिकरण, पुणे यांनी पत्र दिलेले आहे..

आता आपणासमोर शाळा सिध्दी चे एक एक *क्षेत्र-Domain*क्रमाक्रमाणे माहिती भरत गेल्यावर असे *7 क्षेत्र* दिसतील.या प्रत्येक क्षेत्रात गाभा माणके निश्चिती साठी वर्णन विधाने दिली आसुन,शाळेतील उपलब्ध बाबींचा आभ्यास करुन स्तर-1 स्तर-2 स्तर-3 असे प्रत्येक मुद्याचे स्तर निश्चित करण करुन योग्य ती माहिती भरुन *submit*करत पुढे चला.

या क्षेत्रात एकून *12 माणके* आहेत.प्रत्तेक माणकाची उपलब्धता  व  पर्याप्तता आणी गुणवत्ता व उपयोगाता ठरवून 1-2-3 ह्या पैकी योग्य स्तर ठरवा.वा माहीती भरा.

*उपलब्धता*=आपल्याकडे काय काय उपलब्ध आहे.

*पर्याप्तता*= उपलब्ध बाबी पुरेसे आहे का 

*गुणवत्ता व उपयोगिता* = गुणवत्ता वाढीसाठी या बाबी किती उपयुक्त आहेत.

🔸 *Low/Medium/High हे काय आहे.*🔸

आपल्या शाळेत उपलब्ध व आवश्यक असलेल्या बाबीना आपण देणारा प्राधान्यक्रम ईथे लक्षात घ्यावा.

*उदा*

1) एखादी बाब भरपुर प्रमाणात उपलब्ध आसेल त्यात वाढ करण्याची गरज नसेल तर त्याला *Low* हा प्राधान्यक्रम द्यावा.

2) एखादी बाब कमी जास्त प्रमाणात उपलब्ध आहे. त्यावार ॲडजस्टमेंट होईल.कमी जास्त प्रमाण असेल तरी चालेल. ह्या बाबी शिवाय हि योग्य काम होउ शकते आशा बाबीना *Medium*  हा प्राधान्यक्रम द्यावा.

3) माहिती भरत आसताना ज्या बाबी आपल्या शाळेत हव्यात परतू सध्या उपलब्ध नाहीत आशा बाबी आपणाला शाळेत तयार करायच्या आहेत/मिळवायच्या आहेत/उपलब्ध करायच्या आहेत.त्या साठी आपण *High* हा प्राधान्यक्रम द्यावा.
