Important Notice

1. For the approval of the set of all the local self-governing bodies and private schools under the jurisdiction of the school education department for the academic year 2016-17, the number of students in the school on September 30, 2016 will be considered. Accordingly, according to the school's pass number on 30.09.2016, the last date for filling in the information of all the students online on the school login in the Student Portal is being given on 24th October, 2016 till 11.59 pm. Student Transfer, Promotion, New Entry, Remaining Students Entry are all required to be completed by the school.

2. According to the report given in the Sanch Manyata menu, according to the final number of students, the set recognition for the academic year 2016-17 will be given online. It should be noted that if the information of the students is not filled in the prescribed time, the school concerned will be responsible for it.

3. In any case, it should be noted that the information set of any student who has filled or finalized in the Student Portal after 24.10.2016 will not be accepted for the year 2016-17.

अत्यंत महत्वाची सूचना (सरल)

१. शालेय शिक्षण विभागाच्या अखत्यारितील सर्व स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्था व खाजगी शाळांच्या सन २०१६-१७ या शैक्षणिक वर्षाच्या संच मान्यतेसाठी शाळेतील दिनांक ३० सप्टेंबर, २०१६ रोजीची पटसंख्या विचारात घेतली जाणार आहे. त्यानुसार दि.३०.०९.२०१६ रोजीच्या शाळेच्या पटसंख्येनुसार सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांची माहिती Student Portal मध्ये शाळा लॉगिनवर ऑनलाईन भरण्यासाठी दिनांक २४ ऑक्टोबर, २०१६ रोजी रात्री ११.५९ वा.पर्यंत अंतिम मुदत देण्यात येत आहे. यामध्ये Student Transfer, Promotion, New Entry, Remaining Students Entry या सर्व बाबी शाळेने पूर्ण करणे आवश्यक आहे.

२. त्यानुसार Sanch Manyata या मेनुमध्ये दिलेल्या रिपोर्टप्रमाणे अंतिम होणाऱ्या विद्यार्थी संख्येनुसार सन २०१६-१७ या शैक्षणिक वर्षासाठीची संच मान्यता ऑनलाईन करुन दिली जाणार आहे. विद्यार्थ्यांची माहिती विहित मुदतीत न भरल्यास त्यास सर्वस्वी संबंधित शाळा जबाबदार राहील याची नोंद घ्यावी.

३. कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत,दिनांक २४.१०.२०१६ रोजीनंतर Student Portal मध्ये भरलेल्या अथवा अंतिम केलेल्या कोणत्याही विद्यार्थ्याची माहिती संच मान्यता सन २०१६-१७ साठी ग्राहय धरण्यात येणार नाही,याची सर्वांनी नोंद घ्यावी.
