(The following instructions are being given as per the instructions of Dr. Sunil Magar Saheb, Chairman, e-Governance, Maharashtra State and Director, Balbharati)

Notice-1

All cluster logins are advised to note that the school has been given the facility today to finalize the screen cluster set from their set recognition portal through the set recognition login.

Notice-2

It should be noted that due to late availability of cluster login due to some technical issues, the deadline for set approval for districts in Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur division has been extended to 1 pm on Wednesday 12/10/2016. No extension will be given. Also, it should be noted that set recognition portal login will be made available for the districts of Nashik, Aurangabad division from 11/10/2016 to 14/10/2016.

Notice-3

When the information finalized by the school is verified by the cluster, if the information is correct, it should be finalized immediately. If the school has finalized by filling in the wrong information, then the information should not be finalized by the cluster. If the cluster finds that a school's information is incorrect, it should not finalize the school's information.

Notice-4

The information set finalized from the cluster level goes to the Education Officer login for approval and since the facility to return the information finalized by the cluster is also not provided by the Education Officer login, the cluster should finalize the information of each school.

All schools with local body and private (education department) management which are currently only class 1 to 10 from the set recognition portal are to work in the set recognition portal (except single udise but many managed schools and partially aided schools).

Notice-6

It should be noted that schools with a single udise but multiple managements and partially aided schools as well as other schools of management and class 10 and above will be given login in due course.

The problem has been solved for schools which are only for boys or girls but the set recognition was seen as co-education in the portal. Is.

सूचना-1

सर्व क्लस्टर लॉगिनला सुचित करण्यात येत आहे की,शाळेने त्यांच्या संच मान्यता पोर्टल मधून  finalized केलेल्या स्क्रीन cluster संच मान्यता लॉगिन मधून finalized करण्याची सुविधा आज देण्यात आलेली आहे याची नोंद घ्यावी.तरी सर्व क्लस्टरने आपली अंतिम मुदत बघता त्वरित आपले काम पूर्ण करावे.

सूचना-2

काही तांत्रिक अडचणीमुळे  क्लस्टर लॉगिन उशिरा उपलब्ध करून दिल्याने पुणे,मुंबई,नागपूर विभागातील जिल्ह्यांसाठी संच मान्यतासाठीची मुदत दिनांक 12/10/2016 वार बुधवार दुपारी 1 वाजेपर्यंत वाढवून देण्यात आलेली आहे याची नोंद घ्यावी.त्यानंतर पुणे,नागपूर आणि मुंबई विभागातील शाळा आणि क्लस्टर लॉगिन साठी मुदतवाढ देण्यात येणार नाही.तसेच उद्या दिनांक 11/10/2016 ते 14/10/2016 या मुदतीत नाशिक, औरंगाबाद या विभागातील जिल्ह्यांसाठी संच मान्यता पोर्टल लॉगिन उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येईल हे लक्षात घ्यावे.

सूचना-3

शाळेने finalized केलेली माहिती क्लस्टर ने वेरीफाय करताना सदर माहिती अचूक असेल तर त्वरित finalized करावी.शाळेने चुकीची माहिती भरून finalized केलेली असेल तर सदरU माहिती क्लस्टर ने finalized करू नये.क्लस्टर लेवल ला रिटर्न ची सुविधा देण्यात आलेली नसल्याने शाळेनी आपली माहिती भरताना खूप काळजी घ्यावी.जर क्लस्टर च्या लक्षात आले की एखाद्या शाळेची माहिती चुकलेली आहे तर अशा शाळेची माहिती त्यांनी finalized करू नये.चुकीची माहिती भरणाऱ्या शाळांसाठी काय करायचे याबाबत सविस्तर सूचना आपणास देण्यात येईल.

क्लस्टर लेवल मधून finalized केलेली माहिती संच मान्यतेसाठी शिक्षणाधिकारी लॉगिन ला जाते आणि क्लस्टर ने finalized केलेली माहिती रिटर्न करण्याची सुविधा शिक्षणाधिकारी लॉगिन देखील उपलब्ध करून दिलेली नसल्याने क्लस्टर ने प्रत्येक शाळेची माहिती खात्री करूनच finalized करावी.

संच मान्यता पोर्टल मधून सध्या फक्त इयत्ता 1 ते 10 असणाऱ्या लोकल बॉडी आणि खाजगी (शिक्षण विभाग) व्यवस्थापन असणाऱ्या सर्व शाळानी (एकच udise परंतु अनेक व्यवस्थापन असनारी शाळा आणि Partially aided म्हणजेचअंशतः अनुदानीत असणाऱ्या शाळा वगळता) संच मान्यता पोर्टल मध्ये काम करावयाचे आहे.

या सर्व प्रकारच्या 1 ते 10 वर्ग असणाऱ्या शाळांनी संच मान्यता पोर्टल मधून आपली माहिती भरावयाची आहे.

सूचना-6

एकच udise परंतु अनेक व्यवस्थापन असणारी शाळा आणि Partially aided म्हणजेच अंशतः अनुदानीत असणाऱ्या शाळा तसेच इतर व्यवस्थापनाच्या आणि वर्ग 10 च्या पुढच्या शाळांना यथावकाश लॉगिन देण्यात येईल याची नोंद घ्यावी.

सूचना-7

ज्या शाळा फक्त मुलांची अथवा मुलींची आहे पण संच मान्यताला पोर्टल मध्ये co education असे दिसून येत होते ही समस्यां सोडवण्यात आलेली आहे.जरी यापूर्वी शाळा finalized केलेली असेल तरी तो बदल finalized स्क्रीन मध्ये देखील झालेला आहे हे लक्षात घ्यावे त्यामुळे त्या विषयी अधिक काळजी करण्याची गरज नाही आहे.
