What to do if I get an error like Create new division for master tab while uploading 1st class file?

 First of all, note that this problem is due to naming the pieces A, B, C last year. If some friends miss school last year, they are having the same problem.

        But instead of changing the names of the pieces, many friends are going to the Master tab and creating a new Division with 1 number. Friends, don't do that. Doing so not only solves your problem but also adds another Division and you cannot delete this increased Division.

          Note that you only want to change the names of your school units from A, B, C given last year to Piece 1, Piece 2, Piece 3. If Medium is wrong, change it.

         *So what to do at such a time? So do what I tell you.

1) Click on division in the master tab on Student portal.

 2) Go to Standard and select 1st. After selecting the 1st, you can see at the bottom all the pieces that were in your school last year.

3) Click on the first segment. Now you see all the information of that A unit above. Subtract A from Division of that information and write 1. The most important thing is to change your Medium last year. Then in the following General Register select the Primary or Upper Primary applicable to your school. Select Board. If your team's strength is wrong, change it too. And when all is said and done, click on the Update button below.

      Successfully Update will change the information of the following A group to 1.

      A similar process has to be done for each unit if the school has more pieces. But use 2 for the second B group and 3 for the third C group.

     Friends, even after doing all this, if you get an error after uploading a previously filled file, you will now have to download the file again and fill in the information. Because we have changed the name of the Division. Medium has also changed. And you need to download the file after this update. But I'm sure you won't get an error 100%

 What other care should be taken.

▶ If you do not have Aadhaar number, select NO properly.

Make sure the General Register number is filled in carefully.

▶  Make sure you choose 1st in the initial standard.

▶ Medium of many was inadvertently missed last year. Make sure it is correct.

▶ Make sure that schools with more Division have selected Division Numbers like 1,2, or 3.

▶ Check all the information again and then convert the file to csv comma delimited.

Friends, the last and most important thing is that after you upload the file, step 1 is completed and all the children's information is filled. Then click on step 2 to make sure it is correct.

▶ The most important thing is that once the file is successfully uploaded, then no repair can be done. So friends, make any changes you want to make before uploading the file. And then upload the file.

▶  1ली च्या मुलांची फाईल अपलोड करताना Create new division for master tab असा Error येत असेल तर काय करावे?

 ▶   सर्वात आधी हे लक्षात घ्या की हा प्रॉब्लेम मागील वर्षी तुकड्यांना A, B, C अशी नावे दिल्यामुळे येत आहे. तर काही मित्रांच्या शाळांचे Medium मागील वर्षी चुकले असेल तर त्यांनाही हा प्रॉब्लेम येत आहे
         पण तुकड्यांची नावे बदलण्याऐवजी बरेच मित्र Master tab मध्ये जाऊन नवीन 1 नंबर असलेली Division तयार करत आहेत.मित्रांनो असे करू नका. असे केले तर आपला प्रॉब्लेम solve होत तर नाही उलट आणखी एक Division वाढते आणि ही वाढलेली Division आपल्याला delete पण करता येत नाही.*
           लक्षात घ्या की आपल्याला आपल्या शाळेतील तुकड्यांची मागील वर्षी दिलेली A, B, C अशी नावे बदलून फक्त तुकडी 1,तुकडी 2,तुकडी 3 अशी करायची आहेत.आणि Medium चुकले असेल तर ते बदलायचे आहे.*
          मग अशा वेळी काय करायचे? तर मी सांगतो तसे करा.
1) Student portal वरील master tab मधील division ला क्लिक करा.
2) Standard मध्ये जाऊन 1ली निवडा. 1ली निवडल्यानंतर आपल्याला काही वेळातच सर्वात खाली आपल्या शाळेतील मागील वर्षी जेवढ्या तुकड्या असतील त्या सर्व दिसतात.
3) यातील पहिल्या A तुकडीला क्लिक करा. आता तुम्हाला वर त्या A तुकडीची सर्व माहिती दिसते. त्या माहितीच्या Division मधील A काढून टाका व 1 लिहा. सर्वात महत्वाची गोष्ट तुमचे मागील वर्षी Medium बदलले असेल त्या मध्ये आता बदल करा. त्यानंतर खालील General Register मध्ये तुमच्या शाळेला लागू असलेले Primary किंवा Upper Primary निवडा. Board निवडा. तुमच्या तुकडीची Strength चुकलेली असेल तर ती पण बदला.आणि सर्व झाले की खाली दिलेल्या Update button वर क्लिक करा.*
       Successfully Update असे आले की खालील A तुकडीची माहिती बदलून 1 झालेली दिसेल.
       अशीच प्रोसेस शाळेला जर जास्त तुकड्या असतील तर प्रत्येक तुकडीसाठी करायची आहे. मात्र दुसऱ्या B तुकडीला 2 आणि तिसर्‍या C तुकडीला 3 असे अंक वापरा.
      मित्रांनो एवढे सगळे केल्यानंतरही तुम्हाला जर अगोदर भरलेली फाईल अपलोड केल्यानंतर Error आला तर तुम्हाला आता नव्याने पुन्हा एकदा फाईल डाउनलोड करून माहिती भरावी लागेल. कारण आपण Division चे नाव बदलले आहे. तसेच Medium बदलले आहे. आणि हे अपडेट झाल्यानंतरची फाईल डाउनलोड करून घेणे आवश्यक आहे. मग मात्र 100 % तुम्हाला Error येणार नाही हे मी खात्रीपूर्वक सांगत आहे.

🔵  आणखी कोणती काळजी घ्यावी. 🔵

▶  आधार नंबर नसेल तर NO व्यवस्थित सिलेक्ट करा.

▶  जनरल रजिस्टर नंबर काळजीपूर्वक भरला आहे याची खात्री करून घ्या.

▶  initial Standard मध्ये 1 ली निवडली का ते खात्री करून घ्या.

▶  मागील वर्षी अनावधानाने अनेकांचे Medium चुकले होते. ते बरोबर आहे की नाही त्याची खात्री करा.

▶  जास्त Division असलेल्या शाळांनी 1,2,किंवा 3 अशी Division नंबर सिलेक्ट केले आहेत का याची खात्री करून घ्या.

▶  सर्व माहिती पुन्हा पुन्हा तपासून मगच फाईल csv comma delimited मध्ये Convert करा.

▶   मित्रांनो शेवटचे आणि अत्यंत महत्वाची गोष्ट तुम्ही फाईल अपलोड केल्यानंतर step 1 पूर्ण झाली की आपण भरलेली सर्व मुलांची माहिती दिसते. ती बरोबर असल्याची खात्री करून मगच step 2 ला क्लिक करा.

▶  अत्यंत महत्वाची गोष्ट एकदा फाईल Successfully upload झाली की नंतर मात्र कोणत्याही प्रकारची दुरुस्ती करता येत नाही. म्हणून मित्रांनो जो काही बदल करायचा असेल तो फाईल अपलोड करण्यापूर्वी करा. आणि मगच फाईल अपलोड करुन टाका.
